Jubilee Baltimore has more than 38 years of experience revitalizing mixed-income neighborhoods. While we have worked in more than 26 Baltimore neighborhoods, our efforts have been focused in Central Baltimore, Midtown and Southeast Baltimore.
Central Baltimore
Jubilee has been an integral part of the revitalization of Central Baltimore. Central Baltimore is comprised of: Abell, Barclay, Charles North, Charles Village, Greenmount West, Harwood, Oakenshawe, Old Goucher, Remington, Wyman Park and Waverly Main Street.
Midtown
As staff to the Midtown Development Corporation, Jubilee launched the revival of Mt. Vernon and completed more than 100 projects. The Midtown neighborhoods are comprised of Mt. Vernon, Bolton Hill, Seton Hill and Madison Park.
Southeast Baltimore
Jubilee played an important role in the largest and most successful effort at neighborhood revitalization in the history of Southeast Baltimore. Southeast Baltimore is comprised of Fells Point, Canton, Butchers Hill, Patterson Park, Highlandtown and Greektown.
