The Challenge
As Fells Point became an increasingly popular neighborhood to live in, rents and housing prices increased. Neighborhood leaders were concerned about the availability of affordable housing for seniors. The Polish National Alliance had two vacant floors and offered to help.
The Solution
Jubilee formed a partnership with the Alliance and created 20 affordable senior apartments on the upper floors of the Alliance’s building.
Results
Fells Point Flats makes it possible for low-income seniors to live in one of the most dynamic and desirable neighborhoods in the city.
